We are located next to the Southcenter mall in Tukwila, South of Seattle. Our office is in the top floor of a 5-story silver and glass office building at the corner of Southcenter Parkway and Strander Blvd. The building is across the street from See’s Candy and next to the Doubletree Hotel. Driving North on I-5:

Take the Southcenter Parkway Exit (No. 153) toward Southcenter Mall

Turn right onto Southcenter Parkway

Drive approximately 0.1 mi. to the light at Strander Blvd. Our building is across the street on the

left side of Southcenter Parkway.

Driving South on I-5:

Take the WA-518 exit (No. 154B) toward Southcenter Blvd. & Mall.

Take the exit toward Southcenter Blvd.

Turn left onto Southcenter Blvd.

Turn right onto 61^st Ave. South

Turn right onto Southcenter Parkway

Drive approximately 0.5 mi. to the light at Strander Blvd. Our building is across the street on the

left side of Southcenter Parkway.

Driving South on I-405:

Take the Soucenter Blvd. Exit toward Southcenter Mall

Turn slight right onto Southcenter Blvd.

Turn Right onto 61^st Ave. South

Turn Right onto Southcenter Parkway

Drive approximately 0.5 mi. to the light at Strander Blvd. Our building is across the street on the

left side of Southcenter Parkway.

Driving East on WA-518:

Take the 51^st Avenue South exit toward Southcenter Parkway

Turn right onto Southcenter Parkway

Drive approximately 0.1 mi. to the light at Strander Blvd. Our building is across the street on the

left side of Southcenter Parkway.
